Hey! You Suck!

1. One of the things I learned from the ex-CEO of Harley Davidson is that You Suck!Yes. Every game, every scenario or any individual or group activities he will come to you and say You Suck!Even the boss gets a good You Suck! There is one activity where you need to pass a bottle to the all the participant in the hall (approx. 180 employees) in under 2 minutes. So the first round we managed to finish it in 2 minutes and 13 seconds. He said, "You Suck!". Second round, he said we must do it in under 1 minute 30 seconds. We did it less than that after some changes on the way we pass the bottle. Still he said, "You Suck!". Now the 3rd round he wanted it to be under 60 seconds. Yes we did it in 30 seconds. Yes, as you guess it. He said, "You Suck!". Another challenge he said. Do it in under 20 seconds. We managed to finish it in 12 seconds (Yes I know, how it is possible to pass a bottle within 180 people in just 12 seconds but we did it). Again, You Suck! Now he wanted us to finish it  in 7 seconds. How many attempts we successfully carried it out we managed to get it on the time but still You Suck! The lesson learned is that don't just think that one successful try is enough for a lifetime. If you improved yourself every single day you might be amazed that each day you have successfully upgraded yourself to become better. Motivate yourself everyday by saying You Suck! I can do better than this, I can even do better than yesterday and the day before.

2. You Suck! You really suck! This is why I don't like to be on FB all the time. When there is new status updated every 1 hour from the same person saying oh what am I having today? Oh I had this for lunch. So isit boxers or brief (OK guys always choose boxers over brief). You Suck! Why do I want to know what you are doing every single hour. If you want to tell the story of your life do it inside a blog and share it. And please don't tag people in a check in. I don't want people to keep commenting on the status for 7 days and I am receiving the notification. And people that keep on commenting, You Suck too!I don't see any significant for you to comment on the status checking in to a mall for 7 days and trying to be cute. You Suck!

Random Stories

This is the annoying things people do when they are in FB...I have to admit that I am one of these people previously and trying my best not to that anymore. OK! You are like what 29 - 30 and it is annoying to watch you talk like an infant. Hoiiii!!!Even infant can talk and write better than you. I dont need to read that owh my "peyut" sakit. What the EFFFFF!!!Can't you talk properly?I am not your wife or husband or girlfriend or boyfriend do that in your own space like in private message. Grow UP!!!(BTW, I dont do this publicly). Yes I know you are on Foursquare but try not to post everywhere you go every 5 mins. That's another EFFFF!!!I know I went out with you for dinner but don't you EFFFFing tag me along with you. Your friends are annoying enough with comments like...Oh kat kedai makan ke? Are you EFFFFFing kidding me with that questions when you know we are at the EFFFFing restaurant. I just disable the tagging from other people during check ins. Its annoying. There is other annoying stuff but let me stick with this first.

Foursquare is for you to check in and have fun checking around town and collect badges. Foursquare is not for you to post your love life status. If you wanted to do that please open a FB account or a Twitter account. That is much better than in Foursquare. I have enough people posting that in FB or Twitter please dont ruin it for me by putting that sort of status in Foursquare. Please. Please. Please. And you are not even EFFFFFing checking in anywhere. It is just a random post.

I used to do this. That is if I saw people around me started to get bored or they kept playing with their phone (I know your phones are expensive and I know Facebook is the most EFFFFFing important thing in the world whereby if you dont comment on it people will start saying you are kidnapped or killed or even worst retarded). I took out my phone and started to look busy myself. I dont know what was I doing. Im just lock and unlock the phone it is the most interesting thing to do while you are in a conversation right? The people around you ain't that important isit? Or you just so EFFFFFing famous that you need a constant check up on your mobile. Gheeezzzzz...get a normal life.

This is what I think of people without any healthy values. You used the glass please washed it straight away. It is just a 10 seconds rinse. What is the EFFFFFing problem dey?I am no maid to washed it for you. If you are tired maybe, but not all the time you are tired. Everyone else worked hard also but I dont see that problem. Yes I know you have problems, I have problems too but I don't just cooked and leave all the pots and pans on the floor. I have done mine why don't you do your EFFFFFing job.

A Guy and A Girl

You do not need applausible story just to tell one. All you need is a guy, a girl and a whole lot of other insignificant stuff in your background. Why? Because the guy and the girl is the story. I'm right? Right? This is not a romantic tale. So bear in mind that no poison and sunken ship is being use as a prop. You wont see any scribble for X-Wing fighter, Sand People Crawler or even Light Sabers because this aint a science fiction. This is just a story of a guy and a girl.

Not too long ago a guy and a girl met. On their first week after they met, they went out for a movie. The guy is the excited one compared to the girl. He knows that. The fish in the sea knows that. The birds in the sky chirp about that.

The guy said to himself, "This girl aint to bad, I mean she's cute, sweet and adorable?. I should ask her out again."

So he did ask her out again and again and again and definitely and positively another again. It comes to a point if each time they went out and the story being told it would be a box office (I am positively exagerating this). Till the point of time of the guy confessing to the to the girl that the guy likes the girl. I am using a lot of guy and girl throughout the story. This is because the story is about a guy and the girl LAH!

What was the girl reply? How did she react? It must have been sweet right to see them hugging? The girl must be speechless (You are only right about that fact). This is not a love story LAH so don't put your hopes up to see them dancing by the bushess and under the tree then roll down the hill while singing to a dance tune. This is NOT a Hindi movie.

The girl did the right thing that is. She needs time to think. The guy also didn't expact that the girl will be willing and certainly accept the guy's proposal. If that happens, I would certainly believe that the guy will be buying air ticket to Paris, get on the Eifel and scream out loud. That is too show he is happy. Crazy people will do crazy things that ends up with crazy ideas and eventually will suffer crazily. How crazy is that?

And yes the story doesnt end just yet. There will be more to come. Exiciting adventures when they went to Mount Kilimanjaro for their outing as "I am waiting for your reply day". There is also the trip to Machu Picu where they discover the lost city of gold. How they become the first best friend to reached the ISS. Its worth the wait to read the next sequel.

The guy nowadays is a happy person. The girl now is the confuse one. But eventualy they are getting along and the hope and dreams are shared between them. There is still a long way to go for them. The roads will be winding all the way. Nevertheless if they are sincere to each other and develop a strong trust for each other maybe on a fine day I will write another story for them. All the best to the guy. All the best prayers to the girl.

4 Different Nation

Today I just saw an Indonesian professional washes his face with a cleanser.

Then it struck me. I have a few Indonesian friends which has this habit of washing their faces with cleanser after lunch. Let's see if this is a custom or it is just a habit because I want to share with you guys/gals of other nations customs or habits after lunch.

First: Indonesian
Indonesian what I usual found is that after lunch their habit is to wash their faces. It is not just splashing water over their faces but rather with a cleanser or soap. Do they really take care of their skin? I usually found them with clean faces. Custom to the people of Indonesia or Habit of the Individual?

Second Filipinos/ Pinoys:
Filipinos what I usual found is that after lunch they will brush their teeth. It is not just cleansing with tap water but rather they brought their toothbrush and tooth paste to the toilet and start brushing their teeth for about 5 minutes. When I was there I saw them behaving like this. Custom to the people of Philipine or Habit of the Individual?

Third Bruneians:
Bruneians what I usual found is that after lunch they will have a cup of either coffee, tea, milo etc. When I was there right after lunch a tea lady (we called them that) will come by and put a cup of anything you ordered on your table. I like this one. No need to go to the pantry. Custom to the people of Bruneians or Habit of the Individual?

Fourth and the final one is the Malaysian:
What do Malaysians do after lunch? Washed their faces? Brushing their teeth? Have a cup of tea or coffee at the desk? The answer is Malaysians what I usual found is that after lunch they will be Facebooking. Facebook for the WIN!!!Har!Har!Har!

If...

If I tell you that I am suffering from a brain cancer/tumor at an early stage, how would you response?

If I tell you that I am suffering from a brain cancer/tumor 2nd stage, how would you response?

If I tell you that I am suffering from a brain cancer/tumor 3rd stage, how would you response?

If I tell you that I am suffering from a brain cancer/tumor stage 4, how would you response?

How does one response to these kind of questions?

Does the people around you need to know you are suffering?

Or do you keep it to yourself?

I wonder..

Words Can Be Misleading?

There is one story about a couple that just got married and decided to go on their honeymoon in Scotland. So they went to Scotland and rent a cottage by the lake. So the husband is a fishing enthusiast and the reason why they rent the cottage by lake.

The next morning after they arrived, the husband ask the wife to follow him on a fishing trip at the lake. The wife nodded and said yes and brought along all her books. From morning till noon the husband haven't got any luck with the fishing and decided to go back to cottage for lunch and rest.

The wife wanted to stay on the boat to read her books. The husband was so tired and let her to do so. So the wife row the boat till the middle of the lake and put aside the oars and let the boat drifted away while she was reading her books.

Suddenly the boat drifted to a no fishing zone and the wife didn't realized it. A few minutes after that the sound of a siren echoed and the wife turn and saw a patrol boat was heading towards her. So she put down the book and waited till the patrol boat arrived at the side.

The policemen said: Good evening Madam, what are you doing fishing in the no fishing zone?

The wife replied: Fishing? (Her face expression turned odd). I don't even know how to cooked the fish why should I be fishing?

The policemen: Because you have the equipment and I have to give you the summon for fishing in the no fishing zone.

The wife: That is outrageous. I never used one of the equipment before how can I get a summon for this?

The policemen: Well, since we caught you with the evidence, we have to issue you the summon.

The wife: OK. You can give me the summon but I will sue you for sexual harassment! (The wife told the policeman as she was feeling agitated).

The policemen: Sexual harassment? Why? I didn't even touch you? (Looking confused)

The wife: Well surely you have the equipment for it!

The end...

The Interview

Note: The story I am about to tell is based on a true story but with added exaggerated effect and cool incident to spice it up. Mostly during the time the interview started so that the person the story teller going to tell will look more Macho & Professional..hahaha..

The story begins when a young man with essentially good looks and smart received a phone call during a smoking sessions with his friends.

"Hello, can I speak to Mr. Rob Thomas please."

"Yes. This Rob speaking. How may I help you sir? and may I know who is on the line?"

"Mr. Thomas. This is Krishna on the line. I am calling from *&^%$ and would like to tell about a particular job opening with *&^#%. Are you free to talk now?"

That's how this thrilling and adventure story started to flow. Rob was mostly happy after that and couldn't care less about his tiredness walking around the shopping mall for half of his Saturday. Not long after that call, he received a SMS from an alien number.

"Good day to you. This is a reminder on our interview tomorrow at Hilton Sentral which will start at 9am. Looking forward to see you tomorrow." message received at 18.52pm

That was odd said Rob to himself. On a Saturday? and could it be that fast? Oh well, he said. He got nothing to lose by going anyway. So after that good news he spent most of his days till dinner with his lovely friends. One thought came to his mind, he needs to brush up on his software skills before the interview tomorrow. He is smart lad, with an IQ of Einstein (I warned you this story will be exaggerated..hehe) after loitering with his friends that night he started to pour himself inside the WWW and looked up everything he needed on TM & PY, t-codes, configuration procedures and steps, configure codes and etc. It took him two hours to study this stuff until he gave in to master bed at 4.00am.

On Sunday Morning...
Rob didn't slept well that night, he slept about 45 minutes and woke up feeling scared and his nervous system is making him sweat like facing a mad bull. He opened up the notes again to study a little bit more before he got ready for the interview.

At 5.30am, he took his towel and went in to the bathroom. Half an hour he spent in that box shape room to prepare himself. After taking the coldest shower in his life, got back in his room and took out a fine blue color shirt from the wardrobe. The tag perfectly says "Ralph Lauren". Silky and expensive look for today's event. Then he moved to the drawer and took out his custom made gold cuff-link with his initial "RT" in silver.

He moved back to the wardrobe and opened it, ironed black, blue, and brown slacks are ready for his disposal. He took the one in blue to match his light colored blue shirt. The materials were made of silk and smooth surface touches his skin. The feel of pride and magnifique rushes through his veins. He felt like he was winning the battle already before it even started.

Outside, his black Harley-Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special was waiting for him. With a slight touch on the start button, the engine roars in the cold Sunday morning. His watch showed it was half past seven. He then went back inside, opened up another drawer and all of his silk ties was staring up at him. Made of finest silk from China (exactly took up 50 caterpillar to made his blue and silver line tie) he took and wear them to finished his exquisite look for the interview.

Sharp at 8.00am, the Harley sped up through the neighborhood leaving back dust and debris on the road and Rob ride to Hilton Sentral. By 8.15am he arrived at the hotel lobby. Signaling to the valet to park his Harley.

Entered the hotel lobby with his elegance and strode away with medium steps to the concierge.

"Good morning fine sir. How may I help you this morning?" said a fine looking woman at the concierge.

"Well you can certainly help me. I have an interview session with *&^%# and where is it? and add your phone number to that. Thanks." said Rob.

"The interview is on the 6th Floor, Central Conference Room and here you go sir." the woman said and slide Rob a piece of paper.

His Bvlgari Diagono Professional Aria watch showed it was already twenty minutes past eight. He needs to pick at the pace to give a good impression to the interviewer. By the time he stepped out of the elevator door the interviewer was already waiting for him.

"Good morning Mr. Thomas, you arrived half an hour early? I am impressed. Have you had your breakfast yet? Come and join me." said the interviewer.

"Well, I have always made "Time is precious for me, and time is gold for you sir" as my motto. Never disappoint the other party by not be there on time. Because to you everything is money and to respect that I am early today and forever will be. I haven't and certainly it would be my pleasure." said Rob.

"So Mr. Thomas, tell me about yourself, what is your past experiences? and if you don't mind, I'll be conducting the interview here." said Mr. Langley the interviewer.

"Sure. I am very delighted. I have a Master, bachelors degree and diploma in &%#*@. Spent about 7 years on my education. During that time I busied myself with curricular activities and the best time spent during my tenure in the student council. I have 2 years working experience in a well owned companies and another 2 years of unofficial experiences while I was taking my Master's. Most of the experience is in software *&%$# and enhancement." said Rob.

"I see. I know that you are a dedicated man. I will take that into consideration and why is that you are applying for this particular position? The advertised position clearly states that we need people with 5 years experience and your CV shows that you have 3 years. Furthermore what you did was inadequate to the position applied." said Mr. Langley.

"Well sir. The experiences I have to the particular position applied only a mere of 3 years but during that time the business processes I have successfully studied and very confident about it. It is time for me to get into it. And I have ample time to learn and acquire the knowledge even though no in-depth experience on the hands-on but I am capable of performing the task and it will be a step higher from my current position. It is the best way for anyone to move a step up on his or her career ladder." answered Rob.

"As I can see here on your CV, you have a really in-depth experience on software &*%#$. We have a vacant position in that area. It is what we called Global Software &*#$% Specialist. And we need someone like you in that team. After due consideration I think you can perform well in that department. Or do you still considering to join our Global Solution department?" asked Mr. Langley.

"That is a tough choice ain't it. I didn't know there is the Global Software *&%#$  Specialist in vacancy. I am really interested in joining the Global Solution department but since there is a new opportunity that is related more closely with my experience. I would gladly be applying for that. Is there a good career development in that area Mr. Langley?" asked Rob.

"Of course there is. And I am happy to hear you are considering to applied for the Global Software &*$%# Specialist. I will not be interviewing you on that but what I can say now is that I am very pleasant in seeing  you in the future. About the career development, since the Global Solution is still on the development stage, we will send people from GSQS to training. The boss is in the States. Most probably the training will be there and if you are hired you will be communicating with him in the States. I think I have all the information I needed. Thanks again for coming on short notice. Come. Lets eat." said Mr. Langley.

The interview ended with a Bang! Rob was certainly terrified at first but now he was really relief. 2 - 3 weeks the company will send notifications on the successful candidates to fill in the vacant positions. For that short period of time, his mind was calculating the possibilities whether he is going to be successful or not. Now everything to him is in fate's hand. In God he Trust.

A Mother's Wish

One day a mother came to her son when he was 7 years old and asked him.

Mother: "Adam, what do you want to be when you grow up?"
Son: "I want to be a policeman. I want to catch bad guys and put them in jail so that our family can be safe."

Five years later, when Adam was 12 years old the mother asked him.

Mother: "Adam, what do you want to be when you grow up?"
Son: "I want to be "Pak Lah".

*the mother was confused with her son's answer...

Mother: "I thought when you are younger you wanted to be a policeman?"
Son:"That was before I can learn to read but now I know that policeman are as the same as the bad guys.

*how newspapers and the internet can be an effective tool to teach kids nowadays

Mother:How is that you say that the policemen are as the same as the bad guys?
Son: Well, recently I just read in the newspapers that 2 policemen have been guilty for murdering an innocent person. While in the blogs there is stories, theories, conspiracies that involved policemen of committing corruption, theft and so on. The police suppose to be the ones that will uphold the law not breaking.

*what can I say is WOW!!!kids now days can say something that makes sense...despite that they being kids with their own imagination but we can't deny the brilliance of their petit minds of being a thinker. the mother still in awe on to why is her son wanted to become Pak Lah when the guy is a person not an ambition.

Mother: Adam, why do you want to become Pak Lah? He is a person does he not? Not an ambition or an occupation?
Adam:Well, I wanted to be Pak Lah because I can live in a big house, have a lot of money, command people around me to follow my orders, give my work to other people and what will I do?
Mother:What is it Adam?
Son: Sleep. And I am still the Prime Minister.

*ahaa...get it???no???well, kids nowadays are over exposed to something that is still far beyond their reach. how misguided they are to the fantasy land of world without boundaries...life is not that simple i.e Adam deliberately thought that becoming a Prime Minister is that easy all they wanted to know is how to have something without doing anything...impossible...that is how misguided the information nowadays are...

The Tale of the Three Brothers

The story is about three brothers who, travelling together, reach an impassable river. They make a magical bridge over the river. Halfway across the bridge, they meet the personification of Death who is angry for losing another three victims.

He pretends to be impressed by them and grants each a wish as a reward. The eldest brother asks for an unbeatable duelling wand. The middle brother asks for the ability to resurrect the dead. The youngest brother realises Death's intentions and asks for a way to stop Death from following him. Death gives him a cloak of invisibility. Afterwards, the brothers go their separate ways.

The eldest brother, bragging about his powerful wand, is robbed while asleep and killed. The middle brother uses his ability to bring back the woman he loved, who died before he could marry her. However, she is not happy being alive again. He kills himself to join her.

As for the youngest brother, Death never manages to find him, as he stays hidden under his cloak. Many years later, the brother removes his cloak and gives it to his son. Pleased with his achievements, he greets Death as an old friend and chooses to leave together with him "as equals".
The symbol of the Deathly Hallows

This is an adaptation from the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by JK Rowling...
