Open and Close Incident Tickets

I am really sleepy today. Didn't get enough sleep yesterday due to my neighbour upstairs buat renovation. It was really stressful OKAY! Bunyi drill lah, bunyi orang menukanglah, bunyi orang pecahkan tiles. So in the end, got up after like 1 hour punya sleep, I turn on my PC and watched some movies but due to the annoying noise upstairs I cannot concerntrate.

Around 4 p.m, I have to run a few reports to send to HESS and update the logs which only took me around 30 minutes. I got ready, then go straight to BU to take all my letters. Haven't change the mailing address yet. Amat menyusahkan OKAY!

So around 5.10 p.m I reached BU, chit-chating with Diyanah for a while then terus bergegas ke ofis (bukan maknanya saya nak pergi kerja) sebab nak jumpa Lokman concerning investment plan etc. Lepak and borak until around 7 p.m terus balik Ampang. Sampai rumah terus flat, nak makan pun tak ada appetite. So mengambil keputusan untuk tido sejam. At 9 p.m I woke up, freshen up terus pergi ofis balik.

Ingat harini bolehlah merelaxkan diri sebab tengah Run Payroll dan of coursela kan Master Data dilockkan sekali. Tapi rupanya hujan lebat datang sejurus sampai di ofis. Kerja tiba-tiba datang bertubi-tubi dan lebih menyedihkan pagi nanti kena attend call untuk Open and Close Incident Tickets. Jam 10.30 a.m sehingga 12 p.m. That is long, and I've got 25 issue to address. Why today? Buatlah Khamis ke after I have enough rest.

Now mau balik dahulu, tunggu Subuh lepas itu tidur. Jam 9 a.m bangun, refresh sikit, study cases sikit dan bersedia untuk ditembak. Muahahaha...American..American..malam-malam disana pun mahu kerja juga ke? Baliklah. HUHUHU...
