PAPAN NOTIS! [Wedding Shoutout April 2011]

CONGRATULATIONS!!!IT'S YOUR WEDDING DAY!!!
Wedding Muzaffar & Shazwani
Alhamdulillah. I was given the chance to met up again with my childhood best friend. We used to live at Jalan Setiaraya, Bukit Damansara. Kuza & I known each other from standard 2. So the story goes...

We got connected back in 2009, after like 14 years (that was in standard 6) we haven't met. Around that time also I met with Shazwani (in 2009) and they were still BF & GF. After that we kept in touch until he asked for my address. Oh yes! They are getting married. Happy for them.

I am also touched that Kuza's parents still remembered me after 16 years. The father when I greeted him at the dewan (I don't know if I need to bow or curtsy..haha..mind you that they are royalties) was happy to tell stories of how closed we were during our childhood time. He still remembered me and I don't have to introduce myself to him. Met Kuza's mother inside the hall during the reception. She also was aghast to met me. It was a wonderful night. This is also my first time ever to salam a King. Yes a King. The Yang Di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan. He is such a cool dude. Nice. Nice. I'll show you the wedding invite.

Southern Regime Family Day

On the 23rd and 24th of March 2011. The Southern Regime gang went to Port Dickson for a family day. Not all of us is there but still it was a very exiting and fun vacation (even though Nas father passed away on Sunday of the 24th).

We booked a bungalow from UDA which cost RM80/day. It is worth it. It is cheap and it is spacious. The bungalow consist of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 living halls (1 is upstairs and the other downstairs), a kitchen, BBQ area and a swimming pool. Well, worth it kan for RM80/day?

The Bungalow
 The Master Bedroom
 The Other Bedroom
 The Downstairs Bedroom
The Living Hall Upstairs
Nice & Big right?Really it's a great place to relax. The beach is just a walk away. So what did we do during night time? We Barbequed, We talked and We Chit Chat! It's a FUN weekend.

Enjoy our BBQ picture!!!

I don't know why I have this passion for foods. Does it got anything to do with me being fat? (Yes, for those of you out there, this blogger is a fatty). Well one of the reason I like being inside a kitchen is because it made me feel soothing.

I will post the results of my culinary adventures. Till next time.

Oh! My Wuva!

Like you see inside the picture. Can you see it? No? Let me tell you what happened. Last Sunday, I went down to where I parked my motorcycle at the parking bay at the back of my apartment. I opened up my box and took out my jacket. Then I sat on my motorcycle and shocked to see my handle wasn't locked. Then I tried to put in my key inside the keyhole but was denied. I looked at it and saw the key hole was picked out by someone. The person managed to unlocked the handle but failed to start and ran away with the motorcycle.

What is happening to the world? I pray for the better. Alhamdulillah it was not stolen. So the next day went to the motorcycle shop and changed the ignition to a new one. I cannot even switched on because the ignition was broken.

Insyallah in the future I will put on extra security measure. Hopefully My WUVA will be long with me and nothing bad shall happen to My WUVA and I in the future. Just wanted to share that it is not hard to steal something when you know what you are doing. But remember, you will face judgement.

Las Vacas

Alhamdulillah. Burppp!!! Last Saturday my friend treat us to a place called Las Vacas (actually I was the one that give this idea because I want free food and would like to test the foods here..haha..sorry mate but appreciated it). As per my previous entry, this place and Me'nate Steak House holds the same concept. So I will not gave a long detail.

So I ordered one Ribeye (medium-well) which cost around RM72 (for Ribeye it is RM36 per 100gram). I found it simply delicious and to compare it with Me'nate, it is almost the same (I'm wondering if they have the same lecturer..hehe). What is the difference? Well in Me'nate you have free flow of drinks but here the drinks are quite expensive. Any other? Well the presentation here, the meat is served with salad (since I have no interest in salad I will be a little bit bias). The price for the meat here is cheaper than at Me'nate (but you need to understand that the drinks here is expensive but at Me'nate it's free. So give and take, I think it is about the same).

Would you recommend to us to Las Vacas? Yes, I would, once I made a good review of the things here for you to test it, it means that it is a place to go. What other things I can eat here? I mean the menu here does not list a long one, but they burgers (which are made from the meat you pick, mind you that it will be an extraordinary burger. Nyum! Nyum!).

Go!Go!Go! (side note: after your meal, there is Baskin Robbins next door which is 5 steps from Las Vacas. Go and have your dessert there).
The Ribeye!!!
My Ginger Beer...I LOVE the bottle!!!

Me'nate Steak House

Hey! Hey! I'm back with the food review. Where to now? Now I'm bringing you to Me'nate Steak House at Ampang Jaya. What do they serve? As you can see from the picture above and the name of this place obviously that they sell steak.

This is a beef shop (should I say butcher?hmm...) with a whole lot of beef. From Angus, Ribeye, Sirloin, Lamb to Wagyu. You name it. Hey! They got it. So how does this work? Well, first of all you need to choose your meat (the price range from RM40 - RM200. Depending on the meat and weight) and how you want them to be cook. Raw, Medium, Medium Well, or Well Done. The meat you choose will be cooked according to your preference. The drinks are free flow. Woot!Woot!

They also served other dishes like spaghetti and some seafoods. I don't remember that much.

They don't have the option of sizzling, black pepper or mushroom. They will grilled your meat to your preferences. Don't worry it will not be tasteless, the meat will be juicy and full of taste. It will be served with coleslaw and mashed potato. It is delicious. (You know me that I will not recommend to a place that is BAD).

Well, got ahead. What are you waiting for??? If you do not know the place, give me a call. If you are single, a girl and you're awesome please call me out for a date. I am UP for a free food. hahahaha...

Why this particular picture of prawns are inside here? Where is the other dishes??? i look at the menu there were supposed to be 7 more.

Well the answer to this is...I LOVE PRAWNS!!!
