What a DISASTER!!! I tell you that I was looking forward to this movie and it is not worth it at all. It's like watching a Cop Movie with no action (i mean it literally...that got like what...2 action scene) grade D kind of a movie.
The DaVinci Code was GREAT compared to this one. It is totally a mess OK!!! Example in TDVC even though it is not 100% as what it is told inside the book maybe a simple twist on this and that but the movie still came out great.
But for A&D, I think the screen writer, the director and even the actors SUCKS!!! I totally mean it they SUCK!!!OK picture this...the book is full of dramatic scene, quizzes, puzzles and even had a wonderful storyline. The movie did not have that Umph!!! to make the audiences glued on their seat.
The storyline is there that The Vatican is under attack by a secret brotherhood called the Illuminati and the attacks will shack and rumble the entire foundation of Christianity (it is like almost the same as TDVC). Yes its there.
But entirely the plots, the scenes and even the characters are misplaced. What the hell is that all about. OK!!! The changed of the characters is not like 2 or 3 but almost all. They should have not discard the main characters like Dr Vetra (Vittora's father), Director of CERN Kohler, Captain Ovetti role should not have been changed, Cardinal Mortati (in the end of the book he was the one that will take the oath of Papacy), even the Carmelengo's name have been changed. There is not much left for the books originality.
The DaVinci Code i gave it 2 Thumbs Up but for Angels & Demons I will not even raise my pinky.
